All of our orders are shipped through USPS and will arrive with your regular post office mail.

We recommend using a shipping address that regularly receives mail and packages from USPS, including PO Boxes. These shipments will arrive with your regular mail and do not require a signature.

We strongly caution against shipping to non-permanent addresses, including hotels, vacation rentals, package forwarding services, or similar addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for lost or delayed packages sent to non-permanent addresses.

We discourage the use of parcel forwarding services. If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.

When completing an order on LabelsToLast.com, you will be asked to include a phone number with your shipping address. This will help our Customer Service Team reach out to you promptly and prevent production delays if there are any issues with your order.

An email confirming your order on LabelsToLast.com will be sent at the time of purchase. As these emails are automated, occasionally, they may be routed to Promotions or Spam folders.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 1 hour of your purchase, please contact us at hello@labelstolast.com.

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and our Customer Service Team will do their best to accommodate your request. Due to our speedy printing time, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.

Every successful purchase on LabelsToLast.com will receive a confirmation email and Order ID. If you have received only one confirmation email with one Order ID, then only one order was completed successfully.

If you attempted to place an order and received an error message when processing the payment, this may result in your credit card company placing a hold on the pending funds in your account. For any unsuccessful transaction attempt, you should expect to see the pending funds released back to your account within a few business days depending on your payment method.

For clothing, peel and stick your labels onto the care tag. Do not place a stick-on label directly on fabric, as it will peel up or detach after a few wash cycles.

To remove, simply peel up the label at the edges. Gently pull until the label lifts off the surface.

Absolutely! Our laminated name labels for clothing can also be used on most smooth, flat surfaces and are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe.

Please note we do not recommend our labels for use on rubber or silicone.

If you need to apply the label directly to the fabric, we strictly recommend our Iron-On labels. When applied directly to fabric, stick-on labels will peel and detach after washing.

Iron-on labels will fuse directly to the fabric during the application process and cannot be removed.

When applying our name labels onto non-clothing items, make sure the surface is clean and dry and that there is no soap residue left behind. Lay the name sticker flat on the smoothest possible part of the item and gently press onto the surface while smoothing out any bubbles or wrinkles. Let the label rest for 24 hours before wear, wash, or play for best results. It helps if the label is fully attached to the surface and the edges are not wrapped and/or cut to fit. Do not cut labels, as this may expose the adhesive and jeopardize the integrity of the bond.

Unfortunately, our adhesive will not bond with rubber or silicone surfaces.

Yes, our labels can be applied to glass. We recommend making sure that the surface is clean and dry before applying the label. It also helps if the glass surface is at room temperature during application.

Our labels are best suited for temperatures between -60 ºF and 225 ºF.

Our stick-on name labels can be removed with intent. To remove our name labels, peel up from the edge of the label to lift it off of the surface. For labels that have been applied to non-clothing items for a considerable amount of time, you may need the assistance of vegetable oil to ease off the label. Any residue can be easily removed with 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol, Goo Gone ©, or similar cleaners.

Yes. we can print text with accents or special characters. Once the custom labels are added to your shopping cart, please review all of the text, and we will print it exactly as it appears in the order details. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@labelstolast.com
